WE ARE CREATE CIC focuses on making art and music accessible, building strong relationships within the community, celebrating and growing creative industries including the people in it. We aim to support and nurture individuals, collectives and grass roots organisations to realise their potential through the exploration of artforms, literature, music, community and culture.

Talent from marginalised communities often do not have access to the spaces, people and places that others do. We want that to change, and believe that it starts with building honest, strong foundations within our community.
Our mentoring programme brings together skilled individuals and senior leaders from creative industry with the aim to empower through connections, shared knowledge and skills.
